This is an agreement between Andrew & Nancy Heister (heretofore referred to as sellers) and ___________________________________(heretofore referred to as buyer(s)), for the sale of dog/bitch (AKC#)___________.  Sire being _________   ___________, AKC# _____________ and Dam being CH Jaybar's Izabella Fluffolini AKC# NM639969/03 for the cost of $_________.

Conditions of contract:

1)This dog/Bitch shall be spayed/neutered before the release of registration papers.

2) The sellers agree that to the best of their knowledge this dog/bitch is free for any congenital diseases.  If a licensed veterinarian finds any such disease within the first three years of the date of this contract the buyer(s) may elect to return the dog/bitch to the sellers an receive a replacement dog/bitch when another becomes available.  If the buyer(s) do not wish to return the dog/bitch to the sellers the sellers will not be held responsible for any medical costs incurred.  If the sellers are no longer breeding dogs or are no longer breeding the same breed, the sellers will obtain a comparable dog/bitch from another breeder for the buyer(s) (In the event of the buyer(s) electing to return the dog/bitch).  The sellers also have the right to confirm any congenital disease found with a veterinarian of their choice & cost.

3) Upon accepting this dog/bitch the buyer(s) must have it checked by their own veterinarian within the first 72 hours.  If the veterinarian finds any health problems during this check-up the buyer(s) may return the dog/bitch within one week for a full refund.  If the buyer(s) do not wish to return the dog/bitch to the sellers, the sellers will not be held responsible for any medical costs incurred.

4) If at anytime the buyer(s) can no longer care for the dog/bitch and need to either give away or sell the dog/bitch they must first contact the sellers and offer them the chance to take the dog/bitch back.  This option is wholly the decision of the sellers.

5) This dog/bitch shall be maintained on all heartworm, rabies, parvo, distemper prevention's & any other vaccinations that is normally deemed necessary by a veterinarian.

6) This dog/bitch shall be registered with the AKC and the UKC by the buyer(s) and as part of the official registered name the word "Yoshi" or "Yoshi's" shall be included.

7)This dog/bitch is being sold as a pet quality representative of the American Eskimo breed.  While this dog/bitch may be qualified to be entered into AKC and UKC shows, the sellers make no claim, verbal or otherwise that this dog/bitch is of high enough quality to complete an AKC or UKC championship.

8) The sellers have take all precautions to breed dog/bitches with non-aggressive temperaments.  However, any animal can lash-out if threatened, or can be taught to attack.  The sellers will not be held liable for any such occurrences

9) If at anytime a court finds any one or more portions of this contract to be invalid such ruling shall not invalidate the remaining portions of the contract.
